Lusenga Inc. was established on 12 July 2019 with a clear vision: to build a new-generation, energetic and results-driven South African law firm capable of delivering sophisticated legal services while remaining accessible, responsive and deeply attuned to its clients’ needs.
Established under the name and style of Lusenga and Associates Attorneys Incorporated, the firm was founded on the belief that clients require more than technically sound legal advice. They require legal professionals who understand their businesses, appreciate their challenges, identify opportunities, anticipate risk and deliver practical solutions that achieve results.
From its beginnings in Johannesburg, Gauteng, Lusenga Inc. has developed into a dynamic, multidisciplinary and wholly black-owned law firm, serving clients across both the public and private sectors.

The establishment of Lusenga Inc. represented a deliberate commitment to building a different kind of legal practice, one that combines experience with innovation, legal excellence with commercial awareness, and technical expertise with practical problem-solving.
Although the firm was established in 2019, its foundations are built on the extensive collective experience of its directors and legal professionals, who bring decades of experience gained in private practice, the public sector, regulatory institutions and complex commercial and litigation environments.

Since its establishment, Lusenga Inc. has steadily expanded its capabilities and the range and complexity of mandates entrusted to the firm.
What began as an ambitious Johannesburg-based legal practice has evolved into a firm with the capacity to provide legal services across South Africa, supported by an established network of professionals and associates.
The firm’s practice has grown to encompass corporate and commercial law, civil and commercial litigation, employment and labour law, constitutional and administrative law, public and regulatory law, procurement and supply chain management, aviation law, social housing, property law, investigations, governance and compliance, dispute resolution and strategic legal advisory services.
