Sibusiso graduated with an LLB degree from the University of Johannesburg and is a duly admitted Attorney with a Right of Appearnace at the High Court. He specialises in Aviation Law and has a certificate in International Air Law for Lawyers and Legal Professionals presented by IATA. Sibusiso specialises in Constitutional and public interest law, Commercial Drafting, Civil, Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Property Law, International Law, Tax Law, Procurement and Supply Chain Law as well as Labour. He has various experience as a both a prosecutor and mediator/presiding officer in disciplinary hearings. |
In 2001, Ephraim graduated with an LLB degree from the University of Durban-Westville and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 14 April 2004.
He has since held a number of high-profile positions in both the private and public sector and amassed experience that will benefit any client that retains his services.
While employed as a manager: Compliance and Legal Services Compliance, he drafted the current Social Housing Regulation and therefore understands the pillars forming the social housing legal and regulatory framework. He has also worked with and assisted most of the current SHI’s to gain accreditation with the SHRA and to understand the social housing legal, compliance and regulatory framework.

He graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2004 with an LLB degree and was admitted as an attorney on 30 April 2007 and has a Right of Appearance at the High Court.
He received a certificate in Advanced Company Law in 2007 and is currently finishing his Masters’ Degree on a part time basis through the same university. He specializes in general and commercial litigation, International law, Tax law, Debts and Claims Management as well as commercial and contract law. He has over 13 years’ experience in the corporate commercial field and represented major local institutions and international corporations.
Pule graduated with an LLB degree from the University of Pretoria in 2002. He was admitted as an Attorney on the 20th of June 2005 and as Conveyancer on 18 February 2008. He has a total of 17 years post-admission as an Attorney and 14 years as a Conveyancer.
He specializes in all conveyancing and property law-related work and has experience with individual clients and government departments, institutions, and municipalities.
